The WoDS Transmission OFTO is ultimately owned by four funds, each of which is managed by Dalmore Capital Limited on behalf of separate groups of institutional investors. Dalmore Capital Limited is an independent fund management company that seeks to provide institutional investors with access to long-term investment opportunities in limited volatility infrastructure assets. At 31 March 2019 Dalmore Capital had over £5 billion of assets under management.
